Living my dream of turning love into art

16 years ago, my dad and I walked into an electronics store to buy a TV.
I was window shopping while my dad was trying to haggle with the store owner, when a tiny purple digital camera caught my eye, and I decided I must have it. And although my dad rarely gave in to my wishes, he somehow miraculously agreed to buy it.

Once I got it, I started taking pictures of EVERYTHING - every flower in our garden, all the birds, frogs, and bugs I could get my hands on. Later  on came the sunrises and sunsets, the fresh snow on the way to school, and hikes with friends

How did it start?

get to know me

I had to wait for a while until I was able to afford an actual camera, but once I got my first, I never looked back. It became an extension of me!

As the years went by, I upgraded my camera once or twice, started to learn and appreciate more things, and eventually graduated to taking photos of people. By then, my life was so unequivocally intertwined with photography that I couldn’t imagine not turning my passion into more.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to meet amazing people who trust me to make art and tell their stories through photography! The responsibility and honor of being able to turn my passion into a business is not lost on me!

I was born in Bulgaria, and I moved to Alaska at the ripe age of 23. I am married to my awesome husband, Dariel, and we have a goldendoodle named Maui.

We love hiking and road trips, but most importantly, we all share a big love for food. Cooking is one of my favorite ways to relax, and I enjoy experimenting with new recipes.

After 7 years of living between mountains and sea, we decided to move to a small town in Southern Washington, and we love it.

I spend most of my life trying to avoid helping my farmer dad out in the fields or in our yard, but the joke is on me because the older I get, the more I dream of having a homestead, growing my own food, and living a slow and intentional life. All in due time!

Preserving memories one photograph at a time

  • I am a book lover through and through, and I cannot go to bed without reading a couple of chapters.
  • Someone described me as the queen of grandma hobbies, and they were not wrong. I love knitting, sewing, baking sourdough, and tinkering in the kitchen!
  • One of my greatest pleasures besides watching crime shows is listening to podcasts while I'm doing all my hobbies. Most days you'll catch me listening to either an in-depth historical podcast about the Tudors or a chill D&D podcast, which is definitely my comfort show!
  • I am a bit introverted, but once I get to know you and feel comfortable, I consider you my friend!
